Care and Use
After each use, wash the item in warm, soapy water. It is easiest to clean the item while it’s still warm. Make sure that each item is completely clean before you put it away. Scanpan pans are dishwasher safe, but please make sure to use a non-toxic and phosphate-free detergent in your dishwasher. Detergents with such chemicals can cause damage that is not covered under the Scanpan Warranty.
